The 50´s starter

As a starter we will serve a hot and slightly spicy tomato and leek soup, accompanied by a bread roll. It is a secret recipe of the Canaries that the chef has learnt from his grand mother. The Canarian tomato is also one of the island most exported vegetable and the climate is perfect for its growth and taste. Hence the special taste of this creamy soup.


The 60´s main course

We continue with our main course, pork sirloin on a bed of pineaple, dressed with our special rose pepper sauce and accompanied with fresh vegetables and deep fried rosti potatoes. Of course we have a vegetarian alternative ( vegetarian lasagna ) and children’s menu ( chicken nuggets and chips ).


The 70´s dessert

To end our meal we offer you a freshly baked apple and cinnamon cake toped with vanilla sauce. Excellent with your cup of coffee.
